political liberty amendment

SECTION1.  The right of citizens of the United States to freely form, associate with, recruit members for and campaign for a political party shall not be infringed upon by the United States or any State.  All political parties shall have equal rights and privileges under the law and before the authorities.


SECTION2.   All political parties shall be voluntary, non-violent political organizations and shall have the right to determine their own name, logo, platform, philosophy and whether or not they want to allow non-members to participate in its party primary, party caucus and other party affairs.


SECTION3.   The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article with appropriate legislation.
