"Every citizen of the United States shall have the right to, in their civilian place of employment, form a labor union, bargain collectively, to strike and to engage in other nonviolent expressive and associative activities."

"To guarantee a republican form of government, every human citizen of the United States shall have the following fundamental liberties.

"Every human citizen of the United States shall have the fundamental right to privacy protection in their papers, including medical records and electronic data, correspondence, home and in making certain intimate and personal decisions regarding the use of birth control, the decision to beget or not beget offspring, nonviolent religious and political beliefs, including the expressive affiliations and associations therein, and the sex that that the citizen wants to date, marry or live as."
VOTING RIGHTS AMENDMENT (BASED ON THE ORIGINAL DRAFT OF THE 15TH AMENDMENT)
"The right of human citizens of the United States to vote in a general or special election and to be qualified to hold office shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on the account of race, color, creed, ethnic or national ancestry, sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity, physical disability, income, literacy test, or a failure to pay any tax or fee or failure to complete ballot access requirements or voter identification requirements that that cannot be justified under the highest standard of legal review.
